We run our own excavator and skid steer, so the machine work does not get subcontracted out to someone who has never seen the property. Driveways graded and resurfaced so they stop washing out at the same corner every year. Trenching for irrigation, drainage, and utility lines. Site prep and rough grading before a patio, a wall, or a lawn goes in. Old sheds and outbuildings taken down and hauled away, which pairs with the dump trailers so the debris leaves with us instead of sitting in a pile for a month. Foothill access is usually the hard part. Narrow drives, soft ground, septic and leach fields you do not want a loaded machine crossing. Jay walks it first and works out what can actually get in before anyone quotes you a number.

My gravel driveway washes out every winter. Can that be fixed?
Usually. A driveway that washes at the same spot every year is a grading and drainage problem, not a gravel problem. Re-grading the crown so water sheds off it, and putting drainage where it collects, is what stops it. Then it gets compacted properly rather than just topped up.
Can you take down an old shed or outbuilding?
Yes. We take the structure down, load it, and haul it off in our own dump trailers, so you are not left with a pile to solve separately.
Will heavy equipment damage my septic or leach field?
Not if we know where it is. Tell us at the estimate and we plan the approach around it. Jay walks the access before anything is quoted, because narrow drives and soft ground decide what can actually get in.
